Rose City Soccer Club (RCSC) provides recreational youth soccer programs, primarily in the Rose City Park, Roseway, Montavilla, Madison South and Cully neighborhoods of northeast Portland, Oregon USA.

RCSC is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization, and member of the Portland Youth Soccer Association (PYSA).
